Return and Refund Policy

We are an intermediate Platform that connects sellers and buyers. We will make every effort to ensure that the product can be returned if it is received under the following conditions:

Mobile Phones in Damaged/Defective/Broken condition.
Mobile Phones you received do not match the description/photo given on the Platform.
Mobile Phones that you may dislike due to factors such as quality, colour and design.
To register your Return, Refund or any dispute, please send us an email at best4deals.shop within seven (7) working days from the date the product is delivered to you.
The product shall be picked up from your delivery location within one (1) to three (3) working days once we have registered for the return.
The refund will be credited to your bank account within four (4) to six (6) working days once your refund has been approved by us.

There are some conditions that must be met in order to initiate a return and refund request:

The product(s) must be returned in the original condition in which it was received by you, along with any bills, labels and any other documents that came with the product.
The Return, Refund or any dispute must be reported to us at best4deals.shop within seven (7) days from the date the product is delivered to you.
